Client responsibility is only in the presentation layer (browser, Internet Explorer preferred) to get to the world-wide-web. Hosting services include the provision of server, database and the software application, along with backups for each component. ProviderGateway™ hosting targets 99.99% availability on a 24/7 basis, and has consistently reached this target.
The ProviderGateway™ software solutions are based on an open platform that allows users to access the full systems functionality via an Internet connection utilizing a browser, e.g., Internet Explorer.
The ProviderGateway™ software can be maintained on a hosted basis whereby the application resides and is maintained in our data center. This arrangement ensures that the software as proposed, presented and implemented is free of defects and performs according to our agreements with your agency. Maintenance services include updates and enhancements to the base ProviderGateway™ platform. Service updates that require downtime will be communicated in advance with the client organization.
Help desk support to your professional staff is also
available, and is provided at local office from Monday through Friday
(except on public holidays) during the hours of 8.am to 5.30, EST, unless
extended hours are requested. In addition, ProviderGateway™ at your request
can convene user groups to review user issues, new requirements and areas
for system improvement.
